Annual Convention
PIA of Louisiana hosts an Annual Convention that boasts a healthy delegation of independent insurance agents, brokers and company reps at a gulf coast convention property. Our convention locations provide superb environments to slow down the pace pace, relax with family, and make impactful business connections. They feature a wide variety of amenities and activities for individuals and families to enjoy.
Convention mainstay events include our Annual Exhibit Hall, Continuing Education Classes, a Family Event, Annual Fun Run, Young Insurance Professionals Pool Party, and many special events that help make each convention a unique, memorable and profitable experience! Whether you are a startup independent insurance agent, an experienced agency owner, or you represent an insurance company, broker, premium finance, law firm, adjusting firm, restoration company or other products and services for agencies, there is something here for everyone. We hope that you’ll take advantage of this worthwhile experience and join us!
Budget Information
Agents and Company Rep registrations begin at $300 for PIA Members. Additional registration is available for Spouses, Guests, and Children. First Time Agent Attendees receive a discount on (full) convention registration.
Companies wishing to budget for coming events may use the following pricing as a guide: Exhibit fees start at $500 for PIA Members and $750 for Non-Member Companies. Sponsorship Opportunities range from $300, $500, $1,000 and up. Keystone Sponsorship at a minimum of $1,000 total sponsorship includes additional special recognition.
